We are looking for a rock star team support for our newly formed JUMP team in Berlin for up 20h/week. JUMP is an E-Bike-Sharing Start-up and part of Uber. We are new in Berlin with a great new e-Bike. As a Working Student for JUMP, you will support the operations team and the General Manager with a broad variety of tasks in operations, marketing and everyday admin tasks.
Business research and analysis: keep a close eye on what is happening in the new mobility environment in Berlin
Administrative support: help the JUMP team with day to day administrative tasks
Operational support: help out with warehouse operations like, adherence to processes and optimizing as well as reviewing shift plans, onboarding of new staff and problem solving
Marketing support: help the marketing manager with event coordination, flyer distribution and keep the event calendar up to date
User experience testing: help us improve our product by continuous testing and feedback generation
Hands on attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
Passion for bikes, bike sharing systems and new mobility ideas
Enrolled student of business, economics, engineering, data science, marketing, etc.
Fluency in English and German is a must
