Somuchmore is in a very exciting phase - we have many important and challenging projects going on and the recruitment is all about key positions right now. For these tasks we are looking for a Junior HR Manager who has a proactive mindset, who is communicative and who loves to think outside the box.

  • In the initial stages of your new role you will be mentored by a senior HR expert who will train and guide you with the aim of empowering you to manage all HR processes at the company with a strong focus on recruitment independently
  • Be in charge for all steps along the strategic talent acquisition and operational recruiting process, including: defining job specifications, writing job descriptions, deciding on posting strategies (research new recruiting channels and come up with new creative actions), screening candidates and leading interviews, be responsible for hiring and onboarding processes
  • Build our employer brand in collaboration with Management and Brand Management
  • Create and initiate activities for employee development and retention
  • Manage application system
  • Lead a small team of HR interns/working students


  • Have a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent experience
  • Have first work experience (internship or employment) in the field of HR, preferably in a quality driven recruiting agency or an HR department
  • Have a solid understanding of evaluating personalities, professional backgrounds, job requirements, and have a good grasp of matching jobs and candidates
  • Enjoy working directly with senior management of several departments
  • Are well coordinated, organized and can work in diverse HR areas and on diverse projects without loosing overview
  • Have a knack for dealing with problems in a creative way
  • Love startup atmosphere: you enjoy working independently, have a flexible mindset, strong organizational skills and trust your own decisions
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English and German
