MONOQI is the online destination for modern design products. Founded by Simon Fabich and Felix Schlegel in 2011, the Berlin-based company is aiming at becoming the leading online player for home & living in the design industry. Now operating with a staff of around 100 employees, MONOQI works with a team of international design scouts who search the world for designers and manufacturers creating high-quality products and curating sale offers for the company's growing customer base.

We are a multinational, enthusiastic and fun team based in Berlin’s heart with the unified vision to change the game in the furniture industry. And we are looking for an inspiring, engaged and motivated new member as (Junior) Recruiting Manager.

About what you'll be working on

  • Working with our management teams to understand business and therefore stuffing needs and their priorities
  • Developing an effective strategy to secure a long-term inflow of high caliber talents from all over the world
  • Finding and hiring top talents across various eCommerce related disciplines
  • Searching for talents to join in a pro-actively way
  • Managing all phases of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and reporting
  • Independently handling special recruiting related projects (e.g., around employer branding, recruiting excellence, new recruiting channels and formats)
  • Building a strong relationship with with top universities and their career networks
  • Staying on top of current industry trends

Your skills

  • Masters or Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology or any other related field
  • Relevant working experience in the field of Recruiting and in proactive sourcing, ideally in a fast growing dynamic organization
  • Practical knowledge of strong recruitment techniques, alternative sourcing channels incl. direct search approaches, and current industry trends
  • Proven track record of recruiting especially for junior and non-leadership positions
  • Performance-driven mindset with a strong motivation
  • Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent English and German skills
