EPIC Companies is a Berlin based company builder that identifies and realizes business concepts with strong value creation models. EPIC was founded in 2013 and is backed by the European media giant ProSiebenSat.1 Group. For our young and dynamic team of Discavo we are looking for support in the area of (Key) Account Management.



  • Identify, approach and develop (key) accounts/ client relations
  • Building campaings for our clients and support them as a consultant
  • Build strong account relationships and cultivate them over time


  • First work experience as (Key) Account Manager or in the area of Sales (Consultancy) and/ or campaign management
  • Highly service focused and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • A passion for creating things from scratch and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-orientated, continually changing environment
  • Fluent in German and English
