This position entails promoting direct cooperation with media partners including acquisition, implementation, development, and management of key partner accounts. There is a strong perspective for rapid growth in this department, eventually, but requires a strong ability to be directly involved in operational tasks.

Your Role

Identify, initiate, implement, close and launch strategic partnerships (e.g., revenue share cooperations) and revenue opportunities

  • Analyze and evaluate return on investment for brand partnership relationships

  • Manage contract negotiations for partner programs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and assist with the day-to-day management of assigned partnerships; ensure programs are working properly and enabling the achievement of our objectives

  • Provide accurate and thorough ongoing business projections, to be presented both internally and externally

Your Profile

  •  3 + years of experience in sales, marketing or advertising
  • Technical skills (top-level) for implementation

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Creative thinking, exceptional analytical skills coupled with solid business foundation

  • Online marketing, merchandising, or Account Management experience strongly preferred

  • Good project management skills

  • Ability to multitask over several projects and departments

  • An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude. Interested in "figuring out" solutions to problems or methodology for improved deliverables.

  • Excellent oral / written communication skills in English - German is a plus but is not required.

  • Responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented and strong relationship management skills
