Head of Marketing (m/f)

We are a newly founded start-up of a German industrial group based in Munich and Berlin. With our team, we want to build an independent B2B trading platform for the safety and security market. We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f) in the context of IoT, who likes to grow and shape the B2B marketplace together with our young, dynamic and creative team.


  • Plan and develop a brand and marketing strategy
  • Generate a Go-to-Market strategy for a new eco-system offering to a conservative B2B industry
  • Develop new marketing initiatives and ideas on how to reach existing and new costumers
  • Develop and implement a customer acquisition/retention strategy
  • Create a social media marketing plan to build brand awareness
  • Lead, develop and build the marketing team
  • Ensure measured results vs. original growth expectations


  • Degree in marketing, or business administration, MBA preferred
  • Experience in B2B marketing campaigns and target marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience and proven track record of brand building, growing and shaping inbound marketing either in Start-up or corporate environment
  • Both analytical and creative capabilities
  • Structured, problem-solving and results-oriented approach
  • Fluent written and spoken English
