As our Business Development Specialist for these markets you will play an instrumental role in our expansion. You will work with a fantastic international team and will be rewarded for excellence!

 Every day you will

  • Get in touch with industry leaders in the L&D space in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
  • Arrange meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Have in-depth discussions about their needs, training plans and how Learnlight’s solution can help
  • Become increasingly an expert in the corporate training sector for soft skills
  • Work with various CRM tools to monitor and track success

For our dream candidate

  • Excellent phone-based & virtual communication skills
  • Motivated to get in touch with hundred’s of stakeholder every day
  • Currently studying or just finished a University degree (ideally in Business or Economics)
  • Top performer that flourishes in a high-activity start-up environment
  • Interested in corporate learning
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English (other language skills are beneficial)
  • Some B2B sales experience is a benefit but not a must…
