Your tasks

  • Definition of vision, objective metrics and scope of product initiatives based on needs and requirements of our users and market research, while working in a cross functional and agile feature team
  • Identification of market opportunities and close cooperation with product designers, researchers and developers to ensure that those initiatives are viable and a feasible method of adding customer value
  • Validation of concepts and features in a iterative process through prototyping, User Feedback and A/B-Testing
  • Definition, measurement and analysis of product KPIs to ensure an effective product development and an increased product profitability
  • Definition and prioritization of the company road map in cooperation with stakeholders and product peers
  • Responsibility for the communication of product vision, road map and also their results

Our requirements

  • One to two years of professional experience in product development or product management, preferably in the field of Mobile Business, e-commerce or Games
  • Experience in the evaluation of product concepts, iterative refinement, strategic opportunities and competitor developments based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as user-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • High passion for the development of products that become part of the everyday lives of millions of people. Job-to-be-done is no unknown word to you.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, market needs and the competitive landscape to define a powerful product roadmap
  • Communication of product ideas through mockups and wireframes, the ability to tell stories with data and also the ability to speak with a non-technical audience about product strategy and development
  • A good understanding of freemium business models as well as proactive, independent and solution-oriented working methods
  • Very good command of English, spoken as well as written
