Our Management Development Program trains top talents in all dimensions of Delivery Hero’s business. You will gain inside perspectives on Delivery Hero’s business, drive day-to-day management and build deep functional expertise by rotating every 3 months to new modules and challenges.
The program is 1.5 years in total with minimum 3-6 months abroad. Alumni will then join Delivery Hero’s management or build new verticals or countries from scratch to market leadership, and implement functions such as online marketing, product development, supply management and operations.
You are responsible to excel in 6 modules that can be conducted abroad if reasonable. During the program, you will be assigned to a C-level mentor and managers for each program stage where you lead diverse projects to lift DHs business. Your role includes the following modules and approximate durations:
Assisting a CxO ~3months
Marketing ~3 months
Product ~3 months
Sales ~3 months
International module ~3 months
Prep project for your new role ~3 months
