Our partner network consists of: - UK - Germany - France - Poland - Netherlands - Austria - Mexico - U.S. - India - Korea - Brazil

Your responsibilities would include

  • You constantly source, develop and maintain a qualified and diverse pipeline of talent using your existing network as well as attending networking events
  • You assist our team leads in every step of the recruiting process and you pro-actively push it forward
  • You create job advertisements for our entities in Germany, UK and France (more probably to follow) and post them using the most efficient recruiting channels
  • You review incoming resumes and applications and determine their levels of quality
  • You schedule phone and on-site interviews and assist with travel arrangements when necessary
  • You conduct initial phone screenings and interviews, maintaining timely documentation of all conversations
  • You follow-up with both hiring leads and candidates, with always an open ear for their questions and needs
  • You’re flexible and come up with new ideas when the focus of the position changes during the process
  • You assist with on-boarding and initial training of the new employees
  • You constantly evaluate and improve our recruiting processes as well as our on-boarding procedures

The qualities we are looking for are

  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • You gained 1 to 3 years experience in either a recruiting or general HR role
  • You have a general understanding of certain roles in an international, growing e-commerce company, necessary job descriptions and their required skills; you're especially familiar with the recruitment of development positions
  • You love to attend networking events and get easily in touch with our future employees
  • You gained first experience with different recruiting methods, you know every recruiting channel and their efficiency by heart and are able to separate the wheat from the chaff
  • Being the first point of contact for external candidates and internal stakeholder you have excellent communication, presentation and professional writing skills
  • You have an enthusiastic, creative and open minded attitude with a strong service orientation
  • Your working style is strongly self-driven, results-oriented and you always pay attention to detail
  • With a sense of humor and always a smile on your face you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Our working language is English, a good command of German or French is a plus
