About Medloop

With prevention as its core focus, Medloop is a practice management software on a mission to transform the relationship between patients and doctor. By leveraging millions of patient-years data and best preventive practices, we will build a smart cloud-based doctor desktop and patient mobile application to enrich the relationship between doctors and patients and promote better health in various European markets. Medloop is funded by AXA with an initial 7-digit seed funding.

Your role

  • Lead and oversee day to day Operations including Customer Support and Account Management
  • Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments
  • Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative
  • Making sure safety regulations are followed
  • Constantly optimize operating procedures
  • Keeping employees motivated and organize appropriate training
  • Reviewing and approving equipment needs
  • Performing well on KPIs and where necessary finding solutions to problems in order to supper the team’s targets and goals
  • Find improvement potential to add value to a growing business and our network of partners
  • Keeping on top of tasks, admin and workload to ensure a smooth day to day running

Your profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations
  • Very good communication and team-working skills
  • Know-how to effectively manage feature and requirement documents, project management documents and team roadmaps. Activities such as task prioritization, OKRs, Jira
  • Fully fluent in verbal and written German and English
  • Ideally experience in the healthcare field, but not required
  • Berlin based job
