Partner Manager – Inbound // Mapping Master

Mapping Master is a cutting edge cloud based product which helps accommodation providers increase online revenue, streamline business process and drive down the cost of acquisition. We are looking for an upbeat, positive sales and customer focused individual to join our small experienced team.
Mapping Master (MM) is a new solution which helps accommodation providers manage their business online with products such as Channel Manager, MasterBookings, Cockpit and Fast PMS. The MM products are built to help increase online revenue, streamline business process and drive down the cost of acquisition. MM is a button up, dynamic company that will continually grow while using the advantage of the fist fully self serviced channel management system for holiday houses, hostels, and hotels.

Your responsibilities

•    Create a marketing plan including KPI’s (activities, budget, users, conversion, etc.)
•    Develop online campaigns and measure and optimize the success of the actions
•    Respond to messages via the live chat function on our site
•    Manage the inbound business generated from marketing activities
•    General admin which has been generated from the team as a whole
•    Hitting targets & contract negotiation
•    Provide regular feedback to the team on client activity
•    Update the inhouse CRM system daily
