Partner Services Country Manager Germany (m/f)

You conduct market research, set up city promotions and stickering and know everything about the wants and needs of restaurant owners in Germany. You make sure all your co-workers in these countries are always up-to-date on the latest deals and partnerships available to our restaurants. You give clear direction to the Partner Services Assistant and Representatives in your country and manage your team in an enthusiastic manner. And all this in our new team based in the Netherlands.

You make sure you know all there is to know about the wants and needs of restaurant owners in your country. You lead your team in the right direction and all restaurants in your country are well-informed and promote our brand through partnerships and merchandise. You visit restaurants to get a good perspective and to make sure we offer what they need. If any of your co-workers wants to know anything about our restaurants or deals you are their go-to person. With your amazing communication skills you make sure your team has all the information they need to work efficiently.

Together with your colleagues from the Partner Services department, you will give – and its daughter companies – an even higher profile. We will be starting up a new team together. You don’t wait till work comes your way, but proactively look for new opportunities. Your excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts will enable you to get everything done smoothly and in a structured way. As a stress-resistant colleague with a fine sense of humour, you fit in with our ambitious team perfectly.

Even more so if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Sales.
  • Relevant management experience 
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience
  • Experience within Food & Beverage
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of German and English. Other languages such as Dutch and French are a plus
