As a Partnership Manager you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating,
executing and developing MiNODES technology and product partnerships. You are focussing on growing the business and evolving our offerings, finding new revenue opportunities and optimizing current revenue streams across all of MiNODES products and business partners. You are eager to develop long-lasting and significant relationships with prospective partners on a global scale. Partnering with our internal Product Management, Technology and Sales departments you are in charge of the business development and project management, roadmapping and coordinating internal and external resources to grow our partner’s and MiNODES business portfolio.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and implement cooperations and global partnerships in accordance with our corporate strategy
  • Manage and expand key partnerships and work closely with various functional stakeholders to launch new partnerships, products and initiatives that drive revenue
  • Create analytical models and decision papers (business cases, SWOT, etc.) as appropriate to support business development proposals, decisions and partnership valuations
  • Process and quality management over all stages of a cooperation with final performance assessment
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with external partners, internal teams and the MiNODES-management to keep all parties informed throughout the entire lifecycle of a project
  • Guarantee knowledge transfer within the company regarding new cooperations: giving demonstrations,coaching and supporting the teams and providing marketing materials
  • Manage multiple, key complex projects simultaneously


  • 3-5 years of profound international work experience in Sales, Business Development or Partnership Management in the digital industry
  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or comparable studies
  • Good understanding of ad technology with strong knowledge about our products,
    processes and technology
  • Very well-trained analytical skills and abstract reasoning with highly entrepreneurial and revenue driven thinking
  • Networker with strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented work ethics
  • Fluent written and spoken German & English language skills
