Our client is a globally active service company for the brokerage of residential and commercial real estate as well as yachts and aircraft in the premium segment.  The family business with over 10.000 employees and over 800 locations has been working successfully and continuously on innovative and future-oriented processes for more than 40 years. One of the newest business areas our client is expanding into is the Coworking sector.


  • Manage operations of future branches, design strategy and set goals for membership growth and retention
  • Implement processes and solutions to ensure successful growths of the business
  • Drive sales to increase revenues including managing sales team
  • Report to MD with analytics, financial planning, and budgeting
  • Take ownership of KPI’s and evaluate success in reaching targets


  • University degree, MBA preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in management, preferably also experiences in the coworking business area
  • Excellent English and preference for experience working in an international environment
  • Hiring and training staff as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Charismatic leadership personality and a people person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as comfortable presenting ideas in front of a crowd
  • Hands-on mentality
