Personio is a fast growing HR SaaS start-up based in Munich. It offers an easy-to-use, customizable HR management and recruiting solution to small and medium-sized businesses. Personio plays a critical role in making the day-to-day operations of more than 400 HR teams more efficient and transparent. As Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f) you work side-by-side with our management team, also strategically as well as operationally, and are responsible for your own projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Definition of partnership strategy as new lead generation source
  • Identification of best practices for successful partnership models and derivation of learnings for own strategy
  • Segmentation of partnership landscape in our target group and identification of potential partners
  • Negotiation of deals with potential partners (including agreement on concrete joint business goals) and testing of partnership strategy with most promising partners
  • If successful, implementation and scaling of partnership strategy in DACH and beyond
  • Competitor and market analyses to further develop market intelligence for HR Management and Recruiting solutions
  • Support driving strategic projects to develop Personio into the leading cloud-based HR Management and Recruiting solution for SMEs

Your profil

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or diploma in business administration/ economics/ engineering or the alike, potentially with focus on marketing
  • 2 years+ of full-time work experience in startup environment, consulting, investment banking or venture capital
  • Preferably first experience in sales, marketing or other fields with direct customer contact
  • Hands-on mentality to drive topics from strategy to actual implementation
  • Willingness to take full ownership from day one
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way
  • Mindset of solutions over problems
  • Fluent in German and English
