JUNIQE is the shop for eclectic art prints, apparel and accessories. We're an experienced team of eCommerce and design veterans who scout out the best independent artists from all over the world. We're on a mission to offer exciting and affordable art to everyone. Founded in January 2014, we’ve already gained a large following and been featured in the likes of ELLE, Berliner Morgenpost and Grazia. We are looking for a Product Manager to start in our Berlin office as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

  • You optimize our Online Shop as well as the general User Experience
  • Your take over the coordination and prioritization of all department’s Product & IT requests
  • Your are responsible for managing our crossdepartmental Product & IT roadmap
  • You are in close communication with our IT development team
  • You continuously analyze the on-site user flow aiming at fostering sales and increasing sales conversion
  • You develop and run A / B-tests and userspecific tests
  • You do ongoing trend, competitor and market analysis regarding technical developments

Your Profile

  • Finished degree in business, information technology or a similar field
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Product Manager in an eCommerce company
  • Sound knowledge of shop architectures and related technologies, e.g. search, recommendation
  • Good understanding and knowledge of common programming languages is a plus (e.g. HTML / CSS, AJAX, Java, PHP)
  • Quantitative thinker who is used to work with numbers / data
  • Good skill set and experience with MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and German in speaking and writing; strong communication skills
  • Proactive working attitude and team player
  • Ability to deliver outstanding results also under pressure
