We are looking to enrich our international team with an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in Key Account Management! As the lead of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the strategy of the department as well as for the guidance and development of your team members. In your role as Key Account Manager your main goal will be the success of our top paying clients. Is it in your nature to continuously challenge and improve the status quo? Are you absolutely enthusiastic about communicating with clients and helping them get the most out of their user experience? Major Responsibilities

  • Setup the customer success department strategically and guide your team to reach strategic goals in order to enable the company’s growth targets
  • Develop your team and support members in all arising issues
  • Care for our top clients, maintain and improve relationships
  • Driving customer success of our top clients through service and further adoption of products
  • As our customer success lead you work closely with product, sales and marketing team leads

Your Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree in business, technical or other field
  • 8+ years of working experience in customer success / account management
  • High affinity to technology (analytics products is a big plus)
  • Experience with handling bigger projects, strategically and operatively
  • Experience in B2B space, specifically in dealing with enterprise clients
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in SaaS and professional social media usage is a big plus
  • Authentic and empathetic personality for efficient consultation with our clients and leadership with your team (team lead experience is a plus)
  • Sharp communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial drive and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Native level English, German is a plus
