Technical Consultant (m/f)

We are looking to add a Technical Consultant to our international team! As a key member of our Customer Success team you will be the focal point for technical requests and take ownership in the provision of technical solutions to Customer Success, Account Management, Sales as well as our clients directly. You get excited about solving technical cases and love to work with SQL? At quintly our teams are structured on a role-based system with clear purposes and accountabilities attached to each role. The major responsibilities of the roles you will be taking over are the following:

 Your Responsibilities

  • Creating customized metrics for the client’s social media analytics in our own query language called Quintly Query Language (based on SQL)
  • Maintaining and optimizing the metric section of our product based on client usage data
  • Acting as second level support to help customer success agents with more technical questions
  • Being available for technical support during Sales processes to examine the realizability of client requests
  • Operating as a technical sparring partner for our Account Management as well as Professional Services team and their projects
  • Spotting trends or bugs and report these to the respective teams

Your Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree in business or technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role and/or technical project management position
  • Experience with SQL (other coding/scripting languages are a plus)
  • High affinity to technology (experience with analytics products is a big plus)
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills necessary when prioritizing inboxes and requests
  • Strong “customer- first” approach
  • “Can do” mentality and entrepreneurial drive
  • Self reliant, proactive, friendly and resolutive attitude
