At the Partner Bank Management Team at Raisin we are responsible for providing our customers with access to the best offers across Europe by onboarding new partners to the Raisin platform, by building and strengthening relationships with existing partners and by ensuring operations are running smoothly.

The Relationship Managers in particular contribute to the company’s growth and strategy by evolving and deepening the trustful collaboration with our partners.
You will be responsible for onboarding new partners who join the Raisin platform and for maintaining, developing, and strengthening the good relationships to existing partners while advancing business opportunities that contribute to the company’s strategy and growth. This involves:

  • Key account and project management - you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for our partners
  • You monitor the successful onboarding of new partners, accompany the process regarding platform readiness, document sufficiency and legal regulations
  • Providing our partners with excellent support throughout planning, onboarding, and the time of our cooperation, is your first priority
  • You optimize processes by collaborating closely with business development, operations, IT, product, legal, marketing and customer service
  • As the interface between Raisin and our partners, you communicate with different stakeholders and find good ways to keep all parties satisfied 
  • Analyze numbers to create reports and presentations for internal and external communication

Your profile

  • University degree in business, humanities, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum two years of experience in account or project management, for example in the financial sector, IT or consulting 
  • Fluency in both English and one additional European language is a must
  • Top notch communicational and conceptual skills
  • You enjoy teamwork, facing complex situations and navigating through them by finding innovative solutions 
  • Organized and structured personality with excellent relationship building skills
  • IT affinity or interest in understanding technical issues
