International Sales Application Manager (m/f)

As part of the International On Premise Sales & Marketing Team, the International Sales Application Manager (m/f) will be responsible for managing the Field Force Planning application. Being a key member of the project team, you will participate in program and project development, disseminate project information and actively participate in project-related work groups and committees in order to deliver a cutting edge, user-friendly business application to the field force that seamlessly integrates into the existing application landscape.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the enhancement of the Field Force Planning Application

  • Initiate and drive the implementation of functional enhancements
  • Gather new requirements, align them with all stakeholders and incorporate them into
  • development projects
  • Act as interface between the Business and IT team
  • Coordinate project activities & collaborate with project team members
  • Develop measureable project objectives & monitor the progress
  • Submit activity reports, meeting minutes & project status
  • Actively participate in project work groups & contribute to decision making
  • Optimize resources & market setups

Global Key User for certain business applications

  • Apply deep knowledge of Field Force planning and execution application
  • Develop training material up to the execution of end user trainings if applicable
  • Rollout the application to local On Premise organizations and support the country setup
  • Manage functional & user acceptance testing of any application updates


  • Provide 2nd level support

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of Business Applications (either on business- or IT-side)
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in time, budget and scope
  • Experience with mobile applications/mobile enterprise environments is an asset
  • Excellent MS Office-Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Problem solver with a 'can do' attitude and ability to deliver ideas as practical and workable solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good technical & business process comprehension with the ability to transform into end user needs
  • Excellent German and English language skills
