  • Develop the company’s sales and marketing strategy
  • Drive sales of sustainability products (know-how, intelligence and ratings) in Germany and abroad
  • Constant analysis and investigating price, demand and competition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders; also through participation in discussions and contributions at all kinds of podia
  • Responsible for client relationship management with relevant actors in the market (investor relations managers, financial directors, sustainability managers, managing directors)
  • Develop partnerships with relevant business organizations and associations
  • Create marketing strategies for new product development and pricing models
  • Implement marketing campaigns to increase company’s visibility
  • Manage Content Marketing (website, online shop, newsletters, videos, etc.)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


  • Excellent interpersonal and proven communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Comfortable in boardroom situations
  • Pro-active and independent personality with a sense of humor
  • Native German speaker, excellent level of English is a prerequisite


  • Knowledge of sustainability marketspace and costumers
  • Experience with rating companies
  • Familiar with financial/market analysis
  • Experience in sales/marketing of financial products
  • Network in finance industry, sustainability actors, related organizations
  • Interest in new technologies, digital and social media marketing

  • Extroverted networker
  • Experience in a comparable position or organization
  • Familiar with financial products and the sales thereof (could also be buyers side)
  • Self-starter willing to take responsibility of your own success
  • Smart and willing to move to Berlin
  • Already a high potential with the courage to switch now
  • Willing to invest in personal development
  • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Well organized and willing to travel regularly
