Sales Manager Games & Licensing (m/f)

For our office in Hamburg, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

As Sales Manager you focus on developing and strengthening a pipeline of AAA publishers and developers worldwide, manage key accounts, negotiate as well as execute brand licensing deals. You execute the sales strategy and represent Iconicfuture at trade shows and industry networking events. This is a permanent role based in our Hamburg office.

  • Negotiate and execute global IP licensing deals with AAA game developers, publishers and licensors
  • Establish and maintain close relationships and regular contact with existing and prospective clients
  • Develop a detailed understanding of customer content workflows and brand licensing requirements
  • Develop polished and highly targeted proposals and pitches
  • Monitoring and management of all activities relating to current and potential customers using Salesforce
  • Meet fiscal sales targets and assume full revenue accountability for your dedicated accounts

You are a highly revenue driven, creative, innovative and proactive self-starter. You possess an ability to rapidly assimilate new business models and exploit emerging industry trends. It is essential that you are able to multi-task, prioritize your work and manage your time efficiently and are comfortable operating within a fast-paced international business environment.

Your Profile

  • Tech and mobile savvy with a passion for games
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar role, preferrably in the games or licensing business
  • Demonstrated strategic sales tactics and ability in upselling to B2B clients
  • Highly proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Culturally aware and a willingness to travel
  • Numbers-driven, organized, creative thinker and analytical
