Who are we looking for?
Teamleader is a young, fast-growing SaaS scale-up from Ghent, Belgium. It has been 3 years since we launched and since recently, we’re growing fast and we’re expanding in the European market. Now we’re opening an office in Berlin.
Teamleader as a product is an online tool for CRM, invoicing and project planning. We are looking for a driven Sales Talent to join the ranks in Germany.
On a daily basis you give demos to qualified leads who are looking for software for CRM, project planning and/or invoicing. You do this either virtually or sometimes on location. You analyse their needs, propose Teamleader as the solution and clearly show the added value of the tool in your demos. You refute any objections they might have and help them to get started using Teamleader. This way, you make sure a high percentage of leads are converted into customers.
You lend a helping hand to the Customer Success Team in starting up new clients and keep in contact with your clients after the sale is finalized.
What we’re looking for
You have at least 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in an SaaS context. You have a feeling for all things digital and firmly believe in the future of cloud-based applications.
You are a gifted speaker that knows how to convince both the small business owner and the CEO of a large(r) corporation. You are a native speaker of German, fluency in English is a big plus.
You love a challenge and prefer working with a young, lively bunch of people. You are a social person yourself, whose enthusiasm is contagious. Taking pride in your work is very important to you: your advice is crucial to make business work more efficiently. You get satisfaction from helping people. Mixed with a touch of perfectionism and the ability to take yourself not too seriously, this makes you the perfect candidate for the job.
Since you spend some time on the road, you naturally have a valid German driver's license.
