Campaign Manager (m/f)

Sauce Labs is looking for a Campaign Manager whose main focus is to create and execute local campaigns that result in leads, opportunities, and revenue for the local sales team. The role will oversee regional data accuracy, marketing programs ROI and European SEM campaigns. Additionally Crucial to being successful in this role is the ability to collaborate with the co-workers in Europe as well as the rest of the marketing team in the US.


  • Create assets required for the local campaigns (emails/landing pages/webinars etc)
  • Ability to work in Marketo and SFDC environment (creating campaigns, tracking, pulling reports)
  • Manage the design, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with a local Business Development Representative on launching outbound campaigns and implementing tracking
  • Own local programs and EU Marketing Calendar
  • Contribute to performance advertising programs being run locally
  • Cooperate with other team members on local SEO and SEM
  • Support in budget tracking, as well as ROI of the campaigns executed
  • Participate in creative process and contribute to the team outside of the regular job description duties
  • Support Marketing Operations on local data accuracy and enrichment processes as well as lead scoring


  • Must have 1-3 years of direct experience building and executing campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of creating reports to track funnel metrics and ROI of the executed campaigns
  • Have B2B strategic and tactical marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks daily
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude
