Your tasks

  • Identify and acquire new national and international affiliate partnerships
  • Independent planning, design, implementation, control and analysis of new affiliate campaigns
  • Maximize performance and strengthen already established publisher portfolios through cultivation, continuous re-development and optimization
  • Independent and continuous success evaluation and KPI optimization
  • Strategic and success oriented negotiations as well as evaluation and adjustment of current sales strategies
  • You are the main person of communication and coordinator for design and implementation of marketing material – You connect the graphics department with IT colleagues and external service providers


Our requirements

  • A degree in economics, marketing, commercial advertising, communications or a comparable subject
  • At least 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar position, maybe even on an international level
  • Sure knowledge of MS Excel as well as a strong understanding of technical matters
  • Knowledge of web technologies, tools for web analysis and web tracking tools
  • Expert knowledge of important affiliate networks
  • Profit-orientated, proactive and independent way of thinking
  • Strong communicational skills, an open-minded personality and sales talent
  • Solid understanding of analytics and the skill to deduce trends and strategies from statistical data
  • German and English language skills fit for negotiations and discussions
