In order to cater to the fast-paced growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced sales executive to join our team and drive growth by expanding our global client base of advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully sourcing and acquiring new clients, have a high level of energy and drive, and possess the ability to learn and use new information quickly.

Role and responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle, acquiring 50 new client relationships in 2015, with the goal of generating 1M gross revenue from these clients
  • Learn and embody Salesforce, as well as our propriety CRM tools, including WisdomKeeper, to effectively manage and organize sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate a high activity level in terms of outbound prospecting via email, phone, meetings, events, and social media to prospect 1000 leads for 2015
  • Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to close sales opportunities
  • Implement regular (weekly and monthly) tracking of phone calls and proposals to establish a benchmark and follow set KPIs


  • 2-5 years of online performance marketing/network/agency sales experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university with high marks
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a second or third language is a plus
  • Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
  • Proven sales record in online marketing
  • High-level relationships with advertisers in various industries
