Senior UX Designer (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and define features, user stories and benchmarks through rapid wire framing and high-fidelity prototyping
• Research target user segments, identifying and articulating user needs to supplement the concepting phase of product development
• Create delightful and intuitive user experiences with clean, beautiful, and refined visual designs
• Play a vital role in the idea generation process, working closely with the team in a small start-up-like setting
• Participate in constant design feedback rounds, providing substantial and constructive criticism and striving for the highest quality across all products
• Utilize the best and most current UX practices to produce highly user-centered designs across a diverse set of  requirements and features
• Direct collaboration with product managers and software engineers, bridging communication to ensure all projects are developed exactly as specified before reaching the hands of user

Requirements

• You have gained at least 3 years of experience with a range of UX and UI work, with a strong focus on UX
• Your portfolio demonstrates a strong track record on mobile plattforms and web
• You are able to manage working across several projects concurrently, while ensuring deliveriables are met in-time and a high-standard of quality
• You have spectacular interactive design skills and have the ability to coney these concepts through wireframe / prototype flows
• You substantially contribute to defining the "what" as well as the "how". You can define the requirements as well as translate them into beautiful designs
• You possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the drive to pursue forward thining design
• You love what you do, and your passion shows through your work
• You are experienced in working with Adobe CC (especially Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign), Sketch, and basic knowledge about mobile app and web programming
• You have experience with fidelity-prototyping, utilizing software such as Invision
• You have a Bachelor's degree in UX design or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
