We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f), who is passionate and enthusiastic about finding the best possible talent and has a proven track record of filling vacancies in a fast-growing start-up environment. As Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding you develop our recruitment strategy and position us as an attractive tech employer in order to ensure that we can continue to pursuit our mission of “connecting people with organizations they love”. You will build and lead our Talent Acquisition team and will have a direct reporting line to the CEO.

We enable organizations (such as ProSiebenSat. 1, OTTO, Henkel, Universal Music or Axel Springer) with the help of their employer brand and their employees’ social networks, to find the right people for their vacancies and to authentically communicate their employer brand. 


  • Develop scalable candidate sourcing pipelines via multiple channels and build long-term talent pools
  • Grow future-oriented HR strategies in close collaboration with the management board and implementing them in a target-oriented manner
  • Actively nurture and maintain high-trust partnerships with leadership and employees
  • Position Talentry as an employer of choice and execute modern recruitment marketing concepts and innovative strategies for talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement workforce plans and create a successful talent pipeline strategy
  • Ensure data-driven recruiting activities, including analytics that provide insight and decision support
  • Main point of contact for managers on operational and strategic HR topics
  • Management of external recruiting service providers and headhunters
  • Continuous optimization and innovation of all recruiting measures and HR activities
  • Monitoring of market trends and innovations as well as benchmarking of recruiting and employer brand activities
  • Responsibility for management and development of our Talent Acquisition team
  • Direct reporting to the CEO


  • Passion for recruiting and relevant professional experience in HR
  • Several years of experience in developing, refining and executing employer branding strategies
  • First managerial experience is of advantage, we are open to candidates who are looking to take a step up from a senior role
  • A strong team leader who drives for results
  • Excellent communication and selling skills, paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and German-speaking skills
