Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Team Lead Display & Social Media Marketing (m/f). In this position, you will be a key member of the Global Marketing Team, taking over the responsibility to drive the direction and performance of the teams within the broader business.


Your responsibilities will be


  • Leading, growing and developing the Display and Social Media teams and strategy within the Online Marketing Team, especially regarding new technical trends and data driven enhancements of channel performance
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and other departments in order to ensure that strategies are aligned with broader business objectives
  • Further developing the reporting and measurement of the Display and Facebook channel to ensure robust and actionable insight is delivered to optimize media planning
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing Display and Social Media campaigns of Westwing with high degrees of responsibility and autonomy
  • Negotiating with publishers for most cost effective performance pricing
  • Leading and developing strategic partner relationships

You come with


  • At least 5 years work experience in Online Marketing, ideally with a focus on Display advertising and social media; alternatively relevant experience in eCommerce or consulting  
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team
  • An outstanding degree from a top university in Marketing or related fields
  • Good understanding of the drivers and levers of performance marketing, ideally experience in handling ‘traditional’ media buying with CPC/CPM deals and/or with RTB
  • Experience in optimizing campaigns for performance along the customer funnel, setting up performance reports
  • Know-how in using the appropriate tools (e.g., DoubleClick Campaign Manager, etc.) as well as knowledge in setting up Display and Social Media campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills in combination with an outgoing and extremely engaging personality
  • Hands on project management experience, strong leadership attitude and a high level of independence
  • Fluency in English and German – further languages welcome
