As a tech lead, you will...
be responsible for the technical side of BorderGuru
lead a team of developers (currently 5 and growing)
act as a link between business and development teams
balance technical and business needs and prioritize projects accordingly
A degree in Computer Science with a strong theoretical background
Ideally experience with Node.js
First leadership experience
Ability to handle pressure
Experience interacting directly with stakeholders from the business side
Experience working in an agile, international and interdisciplinary environment
Keen to take responsibility for the system
Good communication skills and a team player
Self-starter who „gets things done“
Fluent in English (German a bonus)
You are spearheading the development from a very early stage and can influence the design and codebase right from the start
Modern work environment (2 Monitors, Macbook Pro or equivalent Windows-/Unix-machine, entirely your choice)
