The MEDIGO Care Team has a hybrid set of responsibilities that include outbound sales, customer support, account management and travel facilitation. As an addition to our Care Team we are looking for a bright and driven Telesales Agent (m/f).

The position is located in Berlin and to be filled to the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities


  • Convert interested users into patients via phone, email and chat channels
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to exceed customer expectations and increase patient conversion
  • Help MEDIGO users throughout their journey from the moment they inquire until they complete their medical treatment and create meaningful interactions with patients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with prospective patients and the clinics of the MEDIGO network, and act as intermediary between patients and clinics
  • Acquire and share information regarding most common medical procedures
  • Conduct qualification outbound calls to patients to assess and nurture interest
  • Ensure all questions and concerns from prospective patients are addressed, and provide assistance as required
  • Collect feedback from MEDIGO patients on their experience of medical travel


Your profile

  • You have a native level of English and ideally speak and write French fluently – other additional languages are welcome
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a performance-driven sales and customer support environment
  • You are computer literate and familiar with CRM and/or ticketing systems
  • You ideally have either previous travel industry experience or a medical background
  • You possess very strong phone skills, and excellent written communication skills
  • You have a strong interest in health matters and show great empathy in dealing with the needs of others
  • You are willing to work on weekends when required
