We’re an international team on the mission to create a new hotel booking experience.
We believe travel is a force for positive change, but planning a trip is still a hassle. You start out motivated and excited just to be lost in a realm of possibilities, full of useless information and ever-changing prices. Our cause and what drives us every day is the wish to change exactly that, to make your travel booking experience exciting, enjoyable, true and dignifying to your trip.
You will be supporting our small kick-ass team on weekly marketing experiments. What do we mean by that? We take a scientific approach to marketing our product. We start by developing assumptions about which campaigns we believe will drive trial, repeat & referral. Based on that, we tailor experiments using diverse marketing channels & tools. These experiments are small, short and concrete. Once they are done, we analyze the data to confirm if our assumptions were right or wrong. With these learnings we prepare the next round of experiments. Your tasks will range from writing amazing content, engaging with partners to analyzing data... you will not be bored ;)
Beyond that, we take a hands-on approach in delivering value & interacting with our customers. You will be driving & optimizing customer relationship processes and actively interacting with our customers, making sure we can achieve our main goal: to make our fellow travellers happy!
If you love to travel and want to help your fellow travellers plan their trips more easily, you are at the right place. You also need to be damn good in English & German, since you will be on our communication frontline writing content in both languages. Being creative, flexible and not being afraid of diving into lots of data to find the right answers is a must. Having previous experience in online marketing is a plus. Running a blog, having active social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and etc. is also a big plus. Finally, you should be the kind of person that thrives when interacting with other people and has a deep sense of empathy. We are not looking for a specific degree... being awesome is enough :)
When & how to join the rebellion
We would love to have you from 1st of June 2015 for a period of at least 3 months. If your timing doesn’t fit to this, don’t worry, let’s talk. Your great work will be compensated with 800 EUR per month. To apply just send a 30-second video explaining why you are the right rebel for the job.
