For our highly motivated and committed Marketing Team, we are looking for a Campaign / Performance Marketing Manager (m/f). In this position, you are responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns to generate ongoing buzz for the uberall brand and steady demand for the Enterprise and Business Development teams, based on existing and newly created content.


Your tasks

  • You will strategize, execute, roll-out and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns in DACH, F, UK and US aligned to company activities such as product launches, events, audience segmentation etc. through email marketing and social campaigns in order to generate an ongoing supply of leads
  • You are responsible for the strategy, execution and optimization of campaigns to increase overall number of uberall web and blog visitors, newsletter subscribers, and social media followers
  • You will set up basic AdWords account to run efficient campaigns covering brand-, industry- and product-related search volume
  • You will organize and implement paid and organic campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • You will identify relevant channels in order to run successful retargeting campaigns and create new content in collaboration with other content marketing managers (Social, Brand, PR) to successfully execute any of the targeted campaigns above
  • You will use and adapt existing content for audience-specific targeted campaigns
  • You will manage campaign calendar for assigned channels/content in line with event and product plan, ensuring that campaigns are available in all required formats and languages at the time of launch or event (incl. pre-, during and after event campaigns)
  • You will assist with redesign and optimization of uberall website for inbound traffic
  • You will be responsible for monthly reporting of KPIs for all your assets, audiences, and campaigns, incl. web analytics
  • You will identify together with Enterprise Growth team possibilities for customer loyalty programs which can be served by marketing automation
  • You align with Sales, Enterprise Growth and BizDev teams for campaign setup and monitoring in Salesforce


Your profile

  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of campaign / performance marketing / online marketing / digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS / software / IT company, as well as demonstrable success in international marketing
  • You have a very good understanding of digital marketing concepts, processes, and tools with relevance for campaigning (SEA, SEO, social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn), web landing pages and lead forms, email marketing, retargeting, tracking, A/B testing, etc.)
  • You have proven ability to create compelling and audience-engaging campaigns across various channels in order to build brand awareness, generate demand for Enterprise and BizDev teams, and/or to build a more loyal and profitable customer base (Enterprise Growth)
  • You know how to create campaigns around intended next steps with specific calls for action (alignment of content to specific points during the buying cycle, “handholding” the buyer to the next step)
  • You have a track record of building reach for social media and email marketing
  • Someone who is able to see how diverse content across various channels and audiences is connected
  • You know how to edit and revise content from the perspective of the intended audience(s)
  • You have a very good understanding of buying cycles and buying centers in B2B organisations and of content types as well as when and where to use them
  • You can organize workload to deliver quality outputs within deadlines and  can implement and measure KPIs for all three campaign types (brand, leads, loyalty)
  • You have working experience with Salesforce or other CRM or DMS systems
  • You are fluent in German and English, other language skills e.g. French will be a big plus
