Customer Success Trainer (m/f/d)

Your upcoming projects

  • Create an initial training plan and necessary training documents
  • Serve as the contact person for our customer care providers and train the trainers
  • Set up a QM System to measure the operational customer satisfaction, as well as the employee and vendor quality
  • Increase the quality of services by coming up with smart & new actions and implement them straight away
  • Continuously identify, collect, and utilize feedback from our external partners & customer feedback
  • Coach and motivate the teams we’re working with and build strong relationships to our partners
  • Work closely with your Operations colleagues to drive scalable decisions and support the growth of our business

Your background

  • Ideally you should have 3-5 years of experience in Training or QM in a Customer Care environment
  • You’re experienced in handling multiple teams at the same time andon training them to be more self-standing – online and offline
  • You have a high attention to detail and quality awareness
  • A high emotional intelligence, a mediator personality and great communication skills are a must-have
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent German & English skills are required (any additional language is a plus)
