Your upcoming projects

  • Setup a holistic customer care concept and manage the system as our mobility solutions go live
  • Make sure our customer service process is so excellent, that it becomes a considerable factor that differentiates us from the competition
  • Manage customer feedbacks, visualize them and report them to the relevant stakeholders to ensure constant process and product improvements
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to guarantee an exceptional customer experience

Your background

  • You have played a leading role in the conceptualization and development of an outstanding customer care structure, and have the know-how and motivation to build a new construct from scratch
  • You are very experienced in customer care structures in the digital industry and have both a hands on approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You’re inspired by magnificent customer care and user centricity, can share that motivation, inspire others and have experience in doing so
  • You’re interested in new mobility and can relate to and understand specific customer needs in the field
  • Your English and German skills are excellent
