Your upcoming projects

  • You will identify, engage, evaluate, and hire best talents!
  • You will closely collaborate with your team mates, lead and guide through the hiring process and assure an excellent candidate experience 
  • You use data to make decisions, identify the right KPI's and improve processes and systems (upcoming: change of ATS)
  • You guide our new team members through the onboarding process and welcome them on the first day
  • You lead the employer branding strategy and build a long-term pipeline of qualified candidates for the European market - in close cooperation with our Marketing experts
  • You are the champion of our communities and manage them in an authentic, fun and engaging way
  • You and our "People Manager" will build a strong team to support the needs of our internal & external talents

Your background

  • You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for tech and non tech profiles
  • You've seen and managed the whole recruiting lifecycle
  • You have some experience in employer branding and creating content 
  • You are creative in finding solutions to problems and think outside the box
  • You are an easy-going person and have a positive can-do attitude & hands-on mentality
  • You should have a passion for one of the many areas within the "People space" (Data Analytics, Employer Branding & Marketing, Psychology, Digitalisation ...)
  • You speak German & English fluently (our company language is English – some of the candidates will be German speaking only though)
