The Role

As Customer Success Manager at Vimcar, you foster high levels of engagement and lasting, positive relationships with our existing customer base. Understanding the ecosystem and with expert product knowledge, you become their closest adviser on how to get the most out of Vimcar Fleet, our fleet management SaaS solution.

  • You work closely with our product and data teams to help improve our customers' product experience while gathering invaluable customer feedback.
  • You plan and conduct training sessions with existing and onboarding customers on-site as well as remotely.
  • You anticipate our customers' evolving needs, based upon which you deduce service strategies.
  • You establish new and creative ways to engage with our customers, promoting product expertise and enthusiasm among them.


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role for B2B SaaS
  • University degree within business, social or natural sciences
  • Service-oriented approach and strong communication skills (also in front of larger groups), combined with sales talent
  • Tech-savy and eager to dig into data analysis with tools like Microsoft Excel or Tableau
  • Willingness to travel for 1 or 2 days / week
  • Business fluent German, advanced English with any additional European languages being a plus
