The Role

On our path to become the #1 fleet management software in D/A/CH, we are beginning to rapidly scale our sales organisation. With significant experience in generating new business, you join our key account management to win prospects with larger fleets and set up a portfolio of lasting customer relationships.

  • You generate new business for Vimcar Fleet based on marketing qualified leads, managing the entire sales process for larger accounts in your region.
  • With expert product knowledge, you tailor your pitch to different customer use cases and conduct software demos remotely and on site with prospects.
  • You contribute valuable insights from your interactions with prospects that serve our continuous product development and thus help us beat the competition at every step of the way.
  • You support the entire customer lifecycle for your accounts, e.g. through working closely with customer success management.


Your Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales success within a high-growth startup environment, preferably in a B2B SaaS context
  • You love to sell a confident public speaker with strong communication skills, also in front of larger audiences.
  • You leverage the capabilities of CRM tools such as Pipedrive to efficiently drive sales processes.
  • You know when to listen to truly understand your customers' needs and are creative in finding solutions that work for them.
  • While you can work from anywhere in Germany, you are willing to frequently travel to customers and team members or join us at our office in Berlin.
  • Business fluent (C2) in German and advanced English (B2)
