What you can do for us

  • Develop and oversee the VOCIER customer experience to increase engagement and conversion rates; drive revenue and profitability
  • Develop and oversee measurement strategy to track the performance of all inbound traffic; design test strategies and refine creative assets to optimize results
  • Develop and manage customer retention strategy and programs to achieve revenue and profit growth targets
  • Perform research and segmentation studies to determine key consumer targets, insights, needs, wants and behaviors
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to drive sales, visibility and efficiencies, including site functionality and design, online and offline events and other marketing activities
  • Provide structure and manage evolving development team operations, roles and responsibilities and systems/tools to support the needs of the organization’s growth
  • Identify and implement modifications to improve the existing platform or assist in sourcing new solutions
  • Work with the product team to understand VOCIER products, promotions, and key selling dates to ensure the appropriate assortment is available online and at the right time
  • Direct and manage performance marketing agencies to ensure the right traffic is being delivered to the correct areas of the website.
  • Lead and direct the customer service team to better service the digital/direct customer through enhanced communication, increased service and feedback

There are some skills you must possess

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing (online & offline marketing and social media management)
  • Experience in performance marketing and the development of online marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills - ability to explain complex ideas and strategies to uninformed groups
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and teams both inside and outside the organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with underlying technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions
