Your Tasks

  • Leadership:

    • Lead the strategic development of the group-wide finance function for the next big step of growth in revenue and geographic spread - organizational design, IT / FinTech strategy, Reporting and Governance.

  • Analytics / Data driven decision making

    • Lead strategic financial planning process alongside the group leadership; and translate into medium term financial targets for business units

    • Provide business decision-making input and preparation to group leadership

    • Prioritize opportunities and resource allocations. Act as a sounding board for the Group Leadteam on the resource impact and feasibility of horizontal and vertical expansion ideas. Enhance the decision-making processes across the group.

    • Provide clear and timely insights towards the Group CFO and the group leadership in business performance. Provide sound business advice based on factual understanding of the business situation and environment.

  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and compliance:

    • Manage group cash planning and liquidity process

    • Ensure that financial planning and budgeting processes across the group are completed and tracked through budget variance management process

    • Ensure high standards of control and compliance to corporate governance standards

    • Manage relationship and ensure compliance with group auditor

    • Lead strategic tax planning and corporate planning for the group

    • Ensuring that all the finance, reporting and accounting duties across the group are completed and comply with country and company standards


  • Previous budgeting and forecasting experience as well as strong accounting skills 

  • Knowledge of FinTech / IT landscape to lead scaling up

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • A data-driven mindset to track performance and allow for fact based planning 

  • Self-starter who takes initiative in implementing goals and effectively handles concurrent demands
